Standardization of Usernames and Passwords
A useful tip with
adding driver accounts is to standardize the
username and password information so that it is
easier for you to keep track of. You might
want to use a driver's company ID number as the
username and the division name as the password.
That way you will always know what the username
and password information is without having to look
it up.
If you are a smaller
company, then perhaps use the driver's name as the
username. For example, a driver by the name
of Joe Smith might have a username of "jsmith" and
a password of "californiatrucking".
